on a side note have you ever seen "that" car...its the car usually found in the walmart parking lot...its the car that only has room in it for the driver because the rest of the car is full of newspapers, shopping bags, cans of expired tuna, lawn darts, broken picture frames, diapers, dirty band aides and loads of other crap that someone just can't part with...
wouldn't it be awesome if someone could get a ticket for that...like a parking ticket, but instead we call it a:
"hey you got way too much crap in your car and we are all kind of sick to our stomach when we look at it, so clean it up or pay this fine" ticket....

I understand...I also agree with the ticket idea. Lets make it into a law...
haha, oh man, I think that might be borderline on being my car... minus the diapers and tuna...
